On-chip peripheral current consumption
The MCU is placed under the following conditions:
•
At startup, all I/O pins are in analog input configuration
•
All peripherals are disabled unless otherwise mentioned
•
The I/O compensation cell is enabled
•
fHCLK is the CPU clock, fPCLK = frcc_cpu_ck, and fHCLK = frcc_cpu_ck.
The given value is calculated by measuring the difference of current consumption:
•
with all peripherals clocked off
•
with only one peripheral clocked on
•
frcc_cpu_ck = 250 MHz (Scale 0), frcc_cpu_ck = 200 MHz (Scale 1), frcc_cpu_ck = 150 MHz
(Scale 2), frcc_cpu_ck= 100 MHz (Scale 3)
•
the ambient operating temperature is 25 °C and VDD = 3.0 V
