49 / 51 page  TS4956 Package mechanical data 49/51 5.2 Daisy chain sample The daisy chain sample features pins connected two by two. The schematic in Figure 138 illustrates the way that the pins are connected to each other. This sample is used for testing continuity on board. Your PCB needs to be designed the opposite way, so that pins that are unconnected in the daisy chain sample, are connected on your PCB. If you do this, by simply connecting a Ohmmeter between pin A1 and pin A3, the soldering process continuity can be tested. Figure 138. Top view of daisy chain sample Table 14.
