Defines the Privacy mode (see Section 8.5.3.9):
0b ... Privacy mode 1: In this mode, the IC only responds to the GET RANDOM
NUMBER and SET PASSWORD commands
1b ... Privacy mode 2: All ICs in this mode are responding with the same UID to an
INVENTORY command
Note: To avoid unauthorized changes to the privacy mode, lock or password
protect the configuration memory .
