Overview

The LB1740 is an 8-channel current source output Darlington transistor array made up of PNP transistors and NPN transisitors.High output drive capability for very low input current is achieved.

Features

• Eight independent Darlington driver circuits.

• High breakdown voltage (50V), high current source output (500mA).

• With output clamp diodes.

About Sanyo Semicon Device

Sanyo Semiconductor Device Corporation, or Sanyo Semicon Device, was a subsidiary of Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd., a Japanese electronics company. Sanyo Semicon Device was a manufacturer of semiconductor devices, including diodes, transistors, and other components for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. The company was established in 1970 and was headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
