The DIO1520B is a Single-Pole, Double-Throw
(SPDT) analog switch.The DIO1520B operates
from a single 1.65 V to 5.85 V supply and features
an ultra-low on resistance of 0.7 Ω at a 3 V supply
and TA = 25°C. This device is fabricated with
sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast
switching speeds and is designed for
break-before-make operation.
The DIO1520B guarantees great on-resistance
flatness over the signal range and high
off-isolation, which ensures excellent linearity
and low distortion when switching audio signals.
The DIO1520B provides packages with Green
QFN1.4*1.8-10.
