1. General description
The HEF4104B is a quad low-to-high voltage translator with complementary 3-state outputs (Bn
and Bn). A LOW on the output enable input (OE) causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance
OFF-state. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to
interface inputs to voltages in excess of VDD.
