(2) The deviation parameter VZ(dev) is defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum values obtained over the recommended operating temperature range, measured at IZ = 1 mA. The average full-range temperature coefficient of the reference voltage ( αV Z) is defined as: αV Z can be positive or negative, depending upon whether the minimum VZ or maximum VZ, respectively, occurs at the lower temperature.
