The SPF is identical to the PF products in specifications and performance, the

only difference is the package configuration. The SPF utilizes a low profile integral

heat sink that provides decreased package width for higher density applications.

To order the SPF configuration simply add the “S” prefix to any of the above PF

model numbers. All SPF and SPFE models are UL and cUL approved.
