<5:4> = 00 - default.

<5:4> = 01- divided by 4.

<5:4> = 10 - divided by 16.

<5:4> = 11 - divided by 64.

Bit 3-2: Clock Input Select.

<3:2> = 00 - Pin 3 (CLKIN) select 14.318M Hz clock.

<3:2> = 01 - Default. Pin 3 (CLKIN) select 24M Hz clock.

<3:2> = 11 - Reserved. Pin3 no clock input.
