DO pin resistance "H" (Test circuit 4) The DO pin resistance "H" (RDOH) is the resistance between VDD pin and DO pin under the set conditions of V1 = 3.4 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, V4 = 3.0 V. 16. DO pin resistance "L" (Test circuit 4) The DO pin resistance "L" (RDOL) is the resistance between VSS pin and DO pin under the set conditions of V1 = 1.8 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, V4 = 0.4 V. 17. AO pin resistance "H" (CMOS output) (Test circuit 4) 17. 1 AO pin output logic active "H" AO pin resistance "H" (RAOH) is the resistance between VDD pin and AO pin under the set conditions of VAU < V1 < VCU, V2 = V5 = 0 V, V6 = V1 − 0.4 V. 17. 2 AO pin output logic active "L" AO pin resistance "H" (RAOH) is the resistance between VDD pin and AO pin under the set conditions of V1 = 3.4 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, V6 = 3.0 V. 18. AO pin resistance "L" (Test circuit 4) 18. 1 AO pin output logic active "H" AO pin resistance "L" (RAOL) is the resistance between VSS pin or VM pin and AO pin under the set conditions of V1 = 3.4 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, V6 = 0.4 V. 18. 2 AO pin output logic active "L" AO pin resistance "L" (RAOL) is the resistance between VSS pin or VM pin and AO pin under the set conditions of VAU < V1 < VCU, V2 = V5 = 0 V, V6 = 0.4 V. 19. Overcharge detection delay time (Test circuit 5) After setting V1 = 3.4 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, the voltage V1 is increased. The time interval from when the voltage V1 exceeds VCU until VCO goes to "L" is the overcharge detection delay time (tCU). 20. Alarm status detection delay time (Test circuit 5) 20. 1 AO pin output logic active "H" After setting V1 = 3.4 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, the voltage V1 is increased. The time interval from when the voltage V1 exceeds VAU until VAO goes to "H" is the alarm status detection delay time (tAU). 20. 2 AO pin output logic active "L" After setting V1 = 3.4 V, V2 = V5 = 0 V, the voltage V1 is increased. The time interval from when the voltage V1 exceeds VAU until VAO goes to "L" is the alarm status detection delay time (tAU). |
