Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units. LEDs can be driven directly. In mask ROM versions, use of pull-up resistors can be specified in 1-bit units with the mask option. P80 to P87 Port 8. FIP13 to FIP20 P-ch open-drain 8-bit high withstanding voltage output port. LEDs can be driven directly. In mask ROM versions, use of pull-down resistors can be specified in 1-bit units with the mask option (can be specified as connected to VLOAD or VSS in 4-bit units). P90 to P97 Port 9. FIP21 to FIP28 P-ch open-drain 8-bit high withstanding voltage output port. LEDs can be driven directly. In mask ROM versions, use of pull-down resistors can be specified in 1-bit units with the mask option (can be specified as connected to VLOAD or VSS in 4-bit units). Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units. If used as an input port, on-chip pull-up resistors can be used by software settings. Port 0. 5-bit I/O port. Port 2. 8-bit I/O port. Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units. If used as an input port, on-chip pull-up resistors can be used by software settings. Port 3. 8-bit I/O port.
