These are stress ratings only. Operating the module at these or at any conditions other than those specified in the Operating Conditions sections (section 4.2) of the specification should be avoided. Exposure to Absolute Maximum Rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. ☞ Operating condition ranges define those limits within which the functionality of the device is guaranteed. ☞ Electrical characteristics are defined according to the verification on a representative number of samples or according to the simulation. ☞ Where application information is given, it is advisory only and does not form part of the specification. 4.1 Absolute maximum rating ☞ Limiting values given below are in accordance with Absolute Maximum Rating System (IEC 134).
