General Description The EM78P5840N/41N/42N series are 8-bit RISC architecture microcontroller devices designed and developed with low-power, high-speed CMOS technology. Each of these devices has on-chip 4K×13-bit Electrical One Time Programmable Read Only Memory (OTP-ROM). It provides a protection bit to prevent intrusion of user’s OTP memory code as well as from unwanted external accesses. A number of one-time programmable option bits are also available to meet user’s application requirements.
