By leveraging existing IoT standards, Weller delivers data that is available in different
formats and can be easily integrated into your ERP system. Data transfer of the manual
hand soldering in real-time.
Weller offers three efcient ways to easily transfer and store data:
1. Directly from the station: Direct Connection to the MES System, collecting the data
directly via broker systems.
2. Weller Windows Application App: Offers the possibility to store continuous data
to a CSV le.
3. USB storage device: These les can be also imported to a SQL Database

WXsmart gives the administrator total process control of an individual operator‘s account
with password protection, so operations are secured against unauthorized access.
User management controls provide restricted access and control to various parameters
(temperature lock, tool lock and tip lock (smart tips only) and others), providing the
operator with total control from tip to station, resulting in an increase of quality within
the soldering process.

authentication (2FA), including Weller’s built-in certicate upload mechanism that

The WXsmart is a centralized benchtop control unit that acts as the brain of the workbench,
controlling multiple devices at the same time. WXair Rework Module,
Fume Extraction Units and Automatic Valve, Auto-Calibration Unit and Pre-Heating Plates
all can be easily controlled from the WXsmart, with every tool aligned with each other.
Controlling the workbench from one station saves time, space and money, with the ability
for more than 20 devices and tools to be connected to just 1 station.

ESD safe gloves, and hot soldering irons will not damage the touchscreen. Colors and
