STK554U392C-E Product details

The STK554U392CïE is a fullyïintegrated inverter power stage
consisting of a highïvoltage driver, six IGBT’s and a thermistor,
suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) motors,
brushlessïDC (BLDC) motors and AC asynchronous motors. The
IGBT’s are configured in a 3ïphase bridge with separate emitter
connections for the lower legs for maximum flexibility in the choice of
control algorithm.
The power stage has a full range of protection functions including
crossïconduction protection, external shutdown and underïvoltage
lockout functions. Output stage uses IGBT/FRD technology and
implements Under Voltage Protection (UVP) and Over Current
Protection with a Fault Detection output flag. Internal Boost diodes
are provided for high side gate boost drive.

• Threeïphase 15 A/600 V IGBT Module with Integrated Drivers
• Typical Values: VCE(sat) = 1.7 V, VF = 1.9 V
• 62.0 mm × 21.8 mm Single Inïline Package with Vertical LF Type
• Crossïconduction Protection
• Integrated Bootstrap Diodes and Resistors
• These Devices are PbïFree and are RoHS Compliant
