What is THERMAL


In electronics, THERMAL is a term for thermal related technology.

Because electronic components can fail due to heat generated during operation, various heat-related technologies are applied to control and manage this.

In electronic components, THERMAL technology is used in various fields.

For example, computer components such as CPUs and GPUs operate at high temperatures, which require high heat generation and heat transfer.

THERMAL analysis technology analyzes the heat distribution inside a component to prevent and solve thermal problems.

Therefore, THERMAL analysis technology plays an important role for manufacturers of electronic components.
