The AD9460 is a 16-bit, 80 MSPS/105 MSPS ADC (analog-to-digital converter) manufactured by Analog Devices.
It offers a guaranteed sampling rate of 105 MSPS, with excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) performance.
The ADC operates at 3.3 V and 5.0 V power supplies and features buffered analog inputs, LVDS or CMOS outputs, and selectable operating conditions.
It is suitable for applications such as MRI receivers, cellular receivers, radar, and communications instrumentation.
The ADC is available in a Pb-free, 100-lead, surface-mount, plastic package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
The product highlights include true 16-bit linearity, high performance, ease of use, and clock duty cycle stabilizer (DCS) for maintaining overall ADC performance.
