The XA-G49 is a 16-bit microcontroller from Philips' 80C51 XA family.
It contains 64K Flash program memory, 2K RAM, a watchdog timer, and two UARTs.
It also has three general purpose timers/counters and four general purpose I/O ports.
The microcontroller supports in-system programming of the Flash memory and can be operated at a frequency of 30 MHz.
It is available in 44-pin PLCC and 44-pin LQFP packages.
The microcontroller also has special function registers for various functions such as interrupt enable, interrupt priority, and port configuration.
