The AD6643 is a dual IF receiver designed for use in telecommunication applications where high dynamic range performance, low power, and small size are desired.
It features two high-performance analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and noise shaping requantizer (NSR) digital blocks, with the ability to achieve up to 76.1 dBFS SNR in a 40 MHz band to 90 MHz at 185 MSPS with NSR enabled.
The device also supports two different output modes selectable via the SPI, and has flexible power-down options for significant power savings.
It operates from a single 1.8 V supply and is available in a Pb-free, RoHS compliant, 64-lead, 9 mm × 9 mm lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP_VQ).
The AD6643 is suitable for applications such as communications diversity radio, smart antenna systems, multimode digital receivers, and general-purpose software radios.
