Hello, Please ask a question about TIP140 Datasheet
Example questions:
1. What are the preferred sales types for STMicroelectronics in the given document?
2. What is the maximum collector-emitter voltage for the TIP142 transistor?
3. What is the total dissipation value for the transistors when the case temperature is less than or equal to 25 degrees Celsius?
The TIP140/141/142 and TIP145/146/147 are complementary silicon power Darlington transistors preferred by STMicroelectronics.
They are intended for use in power linear and switching industrial equipment.
The transistors are mounted in a TO-218 plastic package and have integrated antiparallel collector-emitter diodes.
The NPN types have absolute maximum ratings for collector-base voltage, collector-emitter voltage, and collector current, among others.
The transistors also have specific electrical characteristics and thermal data.
The publication provides detailed information about the transistors' specifications and mechanical data.
