Hello, Please ask a question about MC14067B_05 Datasheet
Example questions:
1. What are the four binary control inputs for the MC14067 multiplexer/demultiplexer?
2. What is the operating voltage range for the MC14067 multiplexer/demultiplexer?
3. How many channels does the MC14067 multiplexer/demultiplexer have?
The MC14067B/DMC14067B is a digitally controlled analog switch that can be used in both digital and analog applications.
It features low ON resistance, very low leakage current, and matched channel resistance.
The device has 16 channels and four binary control inputs, and operates within a wide voltage range of 3 to 18 V.
It also has low quiescent power consumption, low crosstalk between channels, and low noise.
The device contains protection circuitry to guard against damage due to high static voltages or electric fields.
It is also pin for pin replacement for CD4067B and is available in Pb-Free packages.
The truth table and pin assignment for the device are provided in the document.
