## Materials and Plating

* **Material:** Brass (65Cu/35Zn), 0.020 inch thick, full hard temper.
* **Plating:** Bright tin (150 microinch minimum) over a nickel barrier plate.
* **Solderability:** Meets Mil-Std-202F, Method 208.

## Performance Characteristics

* **Torque:** Minimum 1.0 in.-oz.
required to twist a fuse into a single clip.
* **Extraction Force:** Minimum 2 lbs.

* **Marking:** “bel” die stamped on one side.

### FC-101 & FC-102 (for 1/4 inch Fuses)
* **FC-101:** PC Board Mount with Ear Stops.
Ampere Rating: up to 15A.
* **FC-102:** PC Board Mount, Earless.
Ampere Rating: up to 15A.

### FC-201 & FC211 (for 5mm Fuses)
* **FC-201:** 5mm Clip, PC Board Mount, with Ear Stops.
Ampere Rating: up to 10A.
* **FC211:** Locking Type, PC Board Mount, with Ear Stops.
Designed for 5mm diameter fuses on 0.062 inch thick PC boards.
Legs have tabs to lock into the board and prevent floating during wave solder, eliminating the need for clinching.

## Important Notes

* Suitability at higher currents depends on fuse type, circuit conditions, and PC board design (track width/thickness, solder leg attachment, etc.).
* Each combination of clip, fuse, PC board, and operating condition must be evaluated.
